Dear Sonny,

I am a grateful 43 yr old fan, who plays tenor saxophone and continually draws inspiration from you.

As a player, I always practice in an effort to learn more and play better. Listening to you reminds me that playing better is about getting in touch with the inner soul and expressing it truthfully....not just playing as many notes as you can. This helps me to truly be the best I can be, and I teach my guitarist son to keep the same in mind when he plays.

I especially love the soul and honesty of your latest "Sonny Please", and am obsessed with the simple beauty of the track "Park Palace Parade." This track is a perfect example of everything music should be.

Thank you for all the beautiful music you've given us throughout the years, and hopefully will continue to for more years to come.
